Registration

  • This is your deposit for a shared twin room and ferry crossing.

    It is your responsibility to identify your van partner for the ferry crossing.

    The balance of £109 will be payable directly and details will be sent to you once the trip is confirmed

This is a full weekend trail riding in the Isle of Man.


DATES

Departing on the Friday 13th Oct ferry from Heysham at 14:15. Returning back to Heysham on Sunday 15th Oct 19:45 from Douglas, IOM.

SUMMARY

It is a package price for the weekend based on 2 nights and 2 people per van

  • Sharing Twin room = £159 pp
  • Sole Occupancy room = £219 pp

Prices include:

  • 2 Nights Bed & Breakfast at the Palace hotel.
  • Return sea travel with vans

RIDING

The intention is to split into groups for a full days riding on Saturday and Sunday. 

HOTEL

We are staying at the Palace Hotel and Casino in Douglas

We have been advised that the pool will be closed for refurbishment although the gym is still open.

PAYMENT

In order to book this trip, you need to make a £50 deposit by the 18th September.

The balance will then be payable directly to our agent by the 1st October.

The package is a group rate which needs to be 10 or more rooms. If we don't receive sufficient room bookings by the 18th September, then the trip may not be confirmed and deposits taken will be returned.

If we have sufficient numbers to confirm the trip, then deposits  will be non refundable.

ELIGIBILITY

The event will be open to non members for an additional £20. This will go directly to the Ribble Valley Group funds.

Priority will be given to group members if we have room or ferry restrictions, followed by non members ordered by booking date.
