If you wish to stand for nomination as a group committee member, including any of the officer positions (Chairman, Treasurer or Secretary), or just help out, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org

In addition to the group committee members, which includes the group officers, we will this year be asking for volunteers for specific and informal roles. The roles are still being defined and suggestions are welcome. Examples of roles being considered are "Ride Admin", "Facebook god", "Raffle Organiser"...
All nominations for group officers, general committee members or any resolutions to be voted on will need to be submitted 7 days prior to the AGM to be considered, unless agreed otherwise.
For fun we will attempt to hold a pub quiz as a finale to the meeting and as always, there will be the opportunity to socialise after the meeting.
