The annual Wales C2C event.

The event will commence with an early meet on the Friday morning for the drive down to the start point on the north wales coast.

Followed by three full days on the lanes.  Expect 100 to 120 miles per day with frequent challenges along the way. The ride will not be big bike friendly and is more suitable for lightweight trail bikes with good tyres.

We have a support vehicle to carry everybody’s luggage from day to day and also for any breakdowns and emergencies along the way.

As with previous C2C events, we will be hiring vans on the Monday to transport all the lads and bikes back to the start point and then return the vans at there north wales depot.  Ideally riders should buddy up in groups of three with a designated driver for the hire vans as each van take three bikes and three passengers. It will be the responsibility of each designated driver to book and pay for the hire van !

Again as with previous C2C events we have the kind offer of a support van driver, the drivers hotel accommodation and support van fuel contribution will be spread evenly among all the lads who are riding.

The approximate cost each for this event is as follows:

  • Three nights hotel £170/180
  • Support van fuel contribution £10
  • Hire van, allow approx £50 per person based on 3 to a van

The support drivers accommodation costs and fuel contribution are factored in to these figures based on fourteen riders.

Because of the number potentially attending and the availability of suitable hotels, as well as for logistical reasons there will be a maximum of fourteen places plus support driver for this event.

The guide price is based on fourteen riders. We won’t commit to bookings until we have full registration. If we don't get 14 riders, we will work out a revised cost for booked riders and only commit if everybody is happy with the revised costs.

Those wishing to attend should register promptly to avoid disappointment. Places will only be secured once the deposit of £100 has been paid. The balance, once finalised will need to be paid at least 2 weeks before the trip.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit is only refundable once any costs incurred by the club or remaining riders  have been deducted, or if another rider from the waiting list is able to take your place.

We need to act quickly to secure the accommodation so would appreciate a quick registration if you want to join the ride.
